Shipping policy

Due to high demand, all 10/24 restock items are made to order (pre-order). Please note that all pre-order items will ship within 5-6 weeks.

To keep you informed, we will be posting weekly shipping updates on our instagram stories. In case of any delays, we will also be sending direct messages to you via our SMS list.

While this may take a little longer, it ensures that each order receives the attention to detail it deserves.

Shipping times are listed in the description of each piece. Shipping times may vary for each item so please refer to the specific item's description.

In the case that your item is a pre-order, it will not immediately available for shipping and will be produced once the pre-order window has closed. Production times vary depending on the item, and we will provide an estimated shipping date for each pre-order item. Once your item is ready, we will ship it to you via standard shipping within the continental United States. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. We do not currently offer international shipping. If you have any questions about your pre-order or shipping options, please contact us.

Lost Packages: Once your order is in the hands of USPS, UPS, or DHL, we are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during transit. However, we will do our best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier to recover your lost package.
